Dallas Montes Sets Sights High
| 16-year old Dallas Montes from Bakersfield, CA is perhaps one of the hottest young racing prospects in the country. His racing career started at the age of five and he has never looked back. With more than 40 victories to his credit, Montes will transition from 5/8-scale Legend cars and compete in full-bodied stock cars in both NASCAR Late Models and the NASCAR K&N Pro Series in 2010 under the MMI banner with owner Steve McGowan. |
| Montes also plans several starts in the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour along with starts in the SRL Legend car championship. While racing in NASCAR's top divisions is his ultimate goal, Montes has his sights set on a college education at a major university as he continues to climb the racing ladder. |
